Whole Foods Personal Apple Crisp - Gluten Free and Refined Sugar Free

This only takes 4 ingredients!

1 T Raw (preferably local) Honey (can replace with stevia, agave, or other sweetener)

1/4 Cup Whole Rolled Oats

1 Apple (large or medium)

1 teaspoon Cinnamon (add other spices like nutmeg or chai to your liking)

Chop up apple into small cubes. Mix in a bowl with 1 tsp of the honey or chosen sweetener and your cinnamon or preferred spices. Pour mixture into two small ramekins  or one bigger ramekin. Pour 1/8 cup oats on the top of each (for smaller), and the entire 1/4 cup on top for one bigger ramekin. Drizzle the remaining 2 tsp. of honey on top of the oats. Bake in your oven or toaster oven at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until your oats are golden brown and the apples are soft.

125 calories per small ramekin and 250 for the entire recipe

Healthy enough for breakfast!

Add in butter for a crispier, more rich flavor and crispier oats, or raisins or nuts if you like.
